Welcome to my record collection review site, the site where I review records from my personal collection.
I'm a writer of music related journalism since 1979. I've written for Pop Culture Press magazine (since 1991 until 2006!)and have previously written for Skyscraper, Magnet, Option, the Austin Chronicle and for my own magazines, EXPOSURE (1981-84) and NANU (1979-80). I write under the pen-name d.n.l, and have previously written as Caliban Jones and Arson Welles. I am currently retired from print and, for now, am concentrating on my journals.

I would like to keep my entries free from clutter, but if you have info to add about any of my reviews please feel free to add a comment. If you like what you see friend me. If you know someone who would like this kind of thing send them over.

It is my intention to, eventually, have the best entries from this published as a book.

PLEASE NOTE: I POST AN ALBUM EVERY DAY, BUT SOMETIMES I GET BACKLOGGED A WEEK OR SO ACTUALLY WRITING ABOUT IT, SO PLEASE PAGE BACK A PAGE OR TWO TO SEE ENTRIES YOU MAY HAVE MISSED!

MYRECCOLLECTION IS NOW ON ebay! See (and buy?) my stuff here: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfrppZ25QQsassZcalibanjonesuk

I do NOT add mysterious Russian users who have one page of posts and 400 friends...you must be up to something because you keep adding me and then closing out your accounts...nothing against actual Russian LJrs who want to add me!
